At Phoneskin.in, every product is crafted to match your device perfectly. Since our skins are precision-cut and design-focused, our return policy is kept simple and fair.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

A return will be accepted only if:

  • The product is unused and not applied
  • It is in original condition and packaging
  • A valid order ID or proof of purchase is provided

Note: Returns sent without approval will not be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take quality seriously. If something goes wrong, we’ll fix it.

If your order arrives:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos or an unboxing video

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products purchased under sale or promotional offers
  • Gift cards

Due to the custom-fit nature of our products, returns are limited to genuine quality concerns only.

Replacement Policy

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
